Delivery of goods is performed by the courier service HP Express and GLS Kurir, exclusively in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and other countries that can be selected on the billing page. For the order of goods that are in stock (available immediately), delivery starts on the same working day, ie at the recipient’s address will be the next working day, but only if the transaction is completed by 14:00. In the case of goods that are available within 24 hours of the order (available in the webshop), there is a possibility that delivery to the recipient’s address will be made within 48 hours, ie two working days from the order. Delivery to the islands is on a special schedule.

The longest delivery time for the Republic of Croatia is 1-5 working days. In the case of custom-made products, this period is valid from the moment the custom-made product is completed and finished.

Possible payment methods are cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal and online card payment. The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured by the use of SSL encryption.

It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait while you check to see if the damage to the packaging has caused damage to the product itself. If the product is not damaged, sign the receipt of the shipment.

Silk Factory j.d.o.o. is not responsible for incorrectly displayed colors and / or color shades for all products displayed on the customer’s device. There is a possibility that the colors or shades of colors are presented differently than they really are. This is caused by the device itself that the customer costs to view product images and filter effects that can be ignited.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, goods purchased remotely, ie goods sent by courier service, can be returned (at their own expense, except for exceptions *) no later than 14 days from receipt, only in their original and undamaged packaging with all accessories to the address of Silk Factory j.d.o.o., Maksimirska cesta 132, 10 000 Zagreb with the indication “Return of goods”. The buyer must notify the seller of the cancellation of the order in writing and the order is considered canceled when the seller receives the written notice. In case of cancellation of the order, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller at his own expense.
Along with the goods that meet the refund, a guarantee certificate or a copy of the invoice must be attached, as well as a written notice of termination of the contract with the invoice number to which we can refund (otherwise we will not be able to process the refund). Return of goods excludes goods on sale, as well as goods that have been used and / or damaged and / or visibly damaged packaging. If the packaging is damaged or some parts are missing, the refund will be denied.

* Returns of personalized and / or custom-made products are not possible. We are not responsible for such products that are incorrectly ordered and / or listed with incorrect personalizations or measurements, and a refund is not possible.

You have the right to replace defective products if the product shows that the defect was not caused by improper use, but that the defect occurred in production or packaging. In that case, the return of the goods is made at our expense.
Put the goods intended for return in the original packaging and be sure to enclose an order or invoice with it. Please do not forget to enclose the original documents because without them, unfortunately, it is not possible to replace the goods.
Silk Factory j.d.o.o. is not liable to the buyer or recipient for minor damage to products that occurred as a result of delivery of goods through the delivery service (if damage or minor defects do not affect the basic properties and usability of the product).
Silk Factory j.d.o.o. does not suit the customer, ie the recipient, if the technical capabilities of the customer’s (recipient’s) equipment are not sufficient for the correct use of the product, and if the customer uses the product inappropriately.
In the event of defects in the product, the buyer may terminate the contract only if he has previously given the seller a subsequent reasonable time to fulfill the contract.
