It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait while you check to see if the damage to the packaging has caused damage to the product itself. If the product is not damaged, sign the receipt of the shipment.

Delivery of goods is performed by the courier service HP Express and GLS Kurir. Exceptionally, the goods may be delivered in some other way.

For the order of goods that are in stock (available immediately), delivery starts on the same working day, ie at the recipient’s address will be the next working day, but only if the transaction is completed by 14:00 (valid only for Croatian). For other countries, the delivery time varies, but it is in the time range of 2-7 working days. In the case of goods that are available after the order (available on pre-order), the waiting time for the product to arrive at the address is extended. After the product is made the product is shipped next working day.
